Error Handling : Part 1 of 2

Hello World.
Today I wanted to share my solution to a problem that I encounter often. It is going to be in two parts, part 2 is linked in the conclusion. Many of the tools that I create have simple menus to navigate, usually you have to type in a single number to make your choice.
